We Love Special Occasions
The Oaks of NEA opened in September 2020 and has gone on to be a popular destination wedding location for North East Arkansas. Its outdoor location is located on 20 acres right outside the Corning city limits. This beautiful location is surrounded by beautiful mature oak trees which gives the venue its name.
In September of 2021 a second location was opened in a renovated 1890s commercial building in downtown Corning. This indoor venue is known as The Oaks Downtown. It has a relaxed, urban feel with the exposed interior brick, and it is popular for not only weddings but celebrations of all kinds.
While we specialize in intimate ceremonies, we pride ourselves in being able to create a beautiful wedding day on any budget!

Services
Everything You Need
Venue Rental
Whether you choose to have a small get together or a celebration with 100 of your closest friends, we have the perfect space for any event!Our Downtown location can be rented by the hour or the day.
Provided in your venue fee:
• Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. • 3 serving bars for food or gifts. • 3 Galvanized Drink tubs. •Use of our In house sound system.
Wedding Packages
We believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding regardless of the size of their budget.
Outdoor Ceremonies with an indoor reception starts at $1,500.
Weddings and receptions at our Downtown location start at $1,000.
Every Wedding Package includes:
• Tables and Chairs for up to 100 guests.
• Use of any decorations or florals we have on hand. Including arches and table linens!
• Planning Services.
• Working with your vendors and providing a schedule for your wedding day.
• The ability to reach out to your planner as many times as you would like with any question or concern.
• Help decorating.
• Space for Rehearsal.
Wedding Planning
Our Complimentary Wedding Planning services are perfect for making your wedding day stress free.
You will have a minimum of 3 free consultations so we can make your dream a reality. You will also have unlimited ability to reach out to your planner for any questions or concerns.
Your planner will take care of Contacting, Booking, and Confirming each vendor as well as working closely with each one to provide you the best schedule for a smooth and stress free day!
Elopements
Elopements are one of our favorite things to do! Our Elopement Packages start at $500
Each Elopement Package includes: • A beautiful indoor or outdoor setup. • Seating for up to 25 guests • Officiant if needed• Up to 1 hour of photography

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
We actually specialize in intimate celebrations. We believe the best days are ones where you are surrounded by only those who love and support you.
Do you have a place for the Bridal Party to get ready?
Yes! Our outdoor location has plenty of room for you and your bridal party to get ready!
Our downtown location does not currently have a designated area for couples to get ready, but many use the location to get dressed or change.
How much is a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 or 50% of your total invoice (whichever is less) is required to hold your date. You may schedule a tentative date, however the date is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid.
The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before your celebration unless otherwise specified.
